Self Liquidity Integration or Liquidity Provider Integration

• In the Self Liquidity Integration scenario, the financial institutions will manage its own cryptocurrency reserves, maintaining direct control over its liquidity. The institutions will buy and hold cryptocurrency assets, offering customers immediate access to those assets. This option provides full autonomy but requires the institutions to actively manage its liquidity, market positions, and risks.

• Liquidity Provider Integration scenario, even though the financial institutions partners with external cryptocurrency exchanges or liquidity providers, the assets remain securely stored in the institutions own cold storage systems. This allows the financial institutions to maintain custody over the assets while leveraging external platforms for executing buy/sell orders. Customers can buy or sell crypto assets through the institutions without the need for immediate external liquidity, as the institutions ensures the safekeeping of the assets in-house.
